FRESH CUT DURIAN

    Young green aromatic coconuts are the source of the most refreshing and nutritious drink imaginable. When a tender and healthy young coconut is opened, it offers up to a liter of clear, sweet liquid that is sterile and composed of unique sugars, vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, enzymes, amino acids, cytokine and phyto-hormones. It has many health benefits, and is recommended as a remedy for dehydration and digestive ailments. It is better by far than any bottled drink.

  Durians are Picked at the Right Time, When They have the Best Flavour. The Fruit are Confirmed Ripe and Ready, After a Water-Weight Loss of 10-15% Due to Natural Vaporization. Durian peeled off. Then the Highest Quality Durian Meat is Selected. Those Pieces That are Not Sweet Enough, Where the rix test is low, are Rejected. Those Pieces that are too Hard or Too Ripe are Rejected. About 10-15% of the Fruit is Lost. Then, About 10% of the Meat is Lost Because it Won’t Fit in the Containers. After These Stages, Only About 15-20% of the Original Durian is Good Enough for TFF’s Customers.

  Mangoes are a tropical fruit that are known all over the world. Originally from India, they have been a favorite in warm climates for literally thousands of years. Now, these succulent yellow fruit are available to entice consumers in colder climates, flown direct from the orchards of Thailand to be eaten fresh or served up in countless dessert dishes. Mangoes are a good source of Vitamins A and C and dietary fiber, and are very low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium.
